By accessing or using CodeVault (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", or "Author") and CodeVault Ltd. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
All sales are final unless a product is found to be materially different from its description. Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable taxes where required.
Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase if the item is significantly non-functional. We review each case individually. No refunds after a digital file has been downloaded.
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store raw card data. All transactions are encrypted via TLS.
A receipt is emailed automatically after each purchase. For VAT invoices, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.
Grants the buyer the right to use the purchased item in a single end product that is not sold to end users. The end product may not be charged for separately.

You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the purchased item on other stock or repository sites. Doing so constitutes copyright infringement and will result in account termination.

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CodeVault does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeVault's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
