CodeVault ("we," "us," or "our") sells digitally delivered software products. Because downloaded digital products cannot be "returned," our refund policy is structured around verified defects and material misrepresentation rather than buyer's remorse.
We stand behind the quality of every product listed on our marketplace. If a product fails to meet our quality standards and the author cannot resolve the issue in time, we will issue a full refund.
You are eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date if any of the following apply:

If a buyer successfully initiates a payment chargeback for a purchase, the refunded amount will be deducted from the responsible author's pending earnings, along with a $15 chargeback processing fee. Authors with more than 3 chargebacks in a rolling 90-day window may have their selling privileges reviewed.
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate your case to our Senior Support team by emailing disputes@codevault.io with your ticket number. All escalations are reviewed by a different team member and responded to within 3 business days.
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
