Some webhook deliveries for payment confirmations are experiencing delays of up to 2–4 minutes under high load during peak hours. We have identified the bottleneck in our queue worker and are deploying a fix.
A misconfigured load balancer caused checkout timeouts for ~3% of users for approximately 14 minutes. The issue has been resolved. All affected transactions were completed successfully.
A third-party CDN provider experienced a regional outage affecting file preview loading in parts of South Asia. Failover was activated within 8 minutes.
